World of illusion created by the Lord

Hare Krishna ! Dear Readers,

This is world of illusion created by LORD himself ? In many Vedantic interpretations, the world is described as Maya (illusion). Most of us indulge ourselves in materialistic enjoyments, more inclined towards luxurious life style with no time to know our inner soul-ATMA (individual reality),BRAHMAN(the universal reality)

So, the idea is not that the world is fake like a dream, but that we mistake the temporary for the eternal. By the time we understand the theory behind soul, body and sukshma-subtle body we are almost mid-age, of course excluding few. Later after sometime when life teaches us lessons for which we do not have answers we turn towards GOD-KRISHNA to seek answers to the problems in our life. We are his children and part and parcel of LORD then why to waste our time in accumulating materialistic enjoyment.

Lord himself says in BHAGAVAD GITA (8.15) describes this world as a place of misery and temporary, advising souls to return to him. As this world is - duḥkhālayam aśāśvatam ("a place of misery and temporary"). sarva-dharmān parityajya mām ekaṁ śharaṇaṁ vraja
ahaṁ tvāṁ sarva-pāpebhyo mokṣhayiṣyāmi mā śhuchaḥ

Meaning: "Abandon all varieties of dharma and just surrender unto Me. I shall deliver you from all sinful reactions. Do not fear."
